Received new hanger, turns out the actual alloy dropout that is bonded to the frame bent as well, same with the cage of the RD. Shit... Going to be doing surgery to swap over the cage from another derailleur and hopefully the hanger can be straightened. Will see tomorrow... If the hanger can be straightened I'm gonna hit up a local paint guy and get this thing painted a surprise color before it gets built back up with Super Record. In the two or three week meantime I'll be putting all my parts on my old CAAD 4 which I'm gonna have my friend drill for internal Di2. Should be sweet.

I'm debating stems at the moment.. I have a Tune 2 bolt 120mm, Syntace F109 120mm and I'm thinking about getting the Kalloy 120mm with Fairwheel Ti bolt upgrade. I want the Extralite stem, but fear flex drip. What made you move to the Shimano Pro Vibe versus the Kalloy?

Did you feel front end flex with the kalloy?

Aesthetics of the -10 versus the -7, having a matching cockpit, and stiffness in that order. Didn't really feel like it was lacking in stiffness with the Kalloy, but when I put the Vibe 7s on it was a world of difference.

Denavelo, keep in mind dudemanppl is like 2/3rd your weight. I had flex issues with the Extralite that manifested in instability at speeds above 40 mph.

yea i thought about a kalloy too because they are so dang cheap, but flaked on it. Not better than options currently available.
