BB drop is 69mm, right? 45mm would be extreme on a road bike, probably good for bunny hops.

Some more parts that were swapped. Overall, Fuji specc'd some reasonably light parts.
Fuji top cap and expander at 54g:
Replaced with Fairwheel top cap/alloy bolt and Extralite Ultrastar 2 @ 14g:
Savings: -40g
Spacer Option #1: 2cm alloy @ 19g
Spacer Option #2: 2cm Omniracer alloy spacers @ 8g:
Spacer Option #3: 2cm carbon generic @ 9g:
Savings: -11g
Until I decide that I'll be keeping this, I'm going to leave the steerer with the extra 2cm, especially since I'm not running the bearing top cover.
The Oval Seatpost was a bit of a surprise at 185g:
Hardware is a boat anchor, and can easily save 20-30g with better hardware. Post only @ 113g:
To New Ultimate Evo Seatpost, cut to 250mm @ 96g:
Savings -89g
Oval bearing cover (tall) @ 11g:
Replaced with Omniracer carbon low stack @ 7g:
Oval seatpost clamp @ 18g
To Tune 34.9 clamp @ 10g:
Savings: -8g
Fizik Arione Saddle @ 254g:
To Berk Padded Leather @ 94g
Savings: -160g
Overall, -312g saved in round two of parts bin swapping.

@prebsy, lol yeah. The PM is temporary until I get the final components on the Scott (although they go for fairly cheap used, so I may pick up another) and the RZRs was more to get an idea as to how the frame rides compared to the Cervelo. The rest of it was stuff sitting in the parts drawer, most of which has limited resale value.
Regarding frame ride, the Cervelo is a lot more compliant of a frame. I felt fairly beat up on today's ride. That was partially because I was running tires 10psi higher than normal but I think a lot has to do with the alloy bars. My hands hurt after 40 miles. Saddle to bar reach is identical to the Cervelo, bars are about 1cm higher too, which should help if anything and tape is slightly thicker wrapped. My hands have never bothered me on the Cervelo, even after 100 miles. Is there that much difference with an alloy bars or should I double check the angles of everything? Carbon bars are definitely going to move it further away from tossaround status.

great build! Is the groupset (except for the cranks) all Sram Rival?
You should ride the 30 year old, 25 pound steel bika that "won" Montrose Short a few weeks ago:
