Hello everyone! I have been riding for about a year now and I don't think I exactly fit the mold for a Weight Weenies rider, but I look up so much information here that I thought I would join. I am 101 kg and I am riding an 11.5 kg aluminum monster. I have put about 8000 km on the bike so far and I am down 14 kg with a goal of weighing 88 kg. I have a pact with myself that when I break the 91 kg mark I get to purchase a new bike!

hello Brian. i'm pretty much in same boat though haven't done as well with you and already gorged myself on rewards. i too want to know what you'll get. surely carbon wheels will be in the mix since they are one of those things that can be "off limits" past certain weight ranges. i'm looking forward to when i don't have to worry about such things and can buy some corimas for example.

I test road my reward the other day. Cannondale Supersix evo 3 Ultegra. It feels like a rocket ship with pedals!

Thank you! Twenty pounds to go seems huge, but I have come a long way.
