Hi guys after four months I finally went to the lbs and picked up my new bike. Will post pictures later on today but I got a weight for the frame, forks and the seat post.
Frame and forks (uncut) 1800g
Seatpost 195g
Component list
chorus 12-27 cassette 272g
record left shifter 177g
record right shifter 175g
single pivot record rear brake 133g
dual pivot record rear brake 157g
record rear deraillier 171g
record front deraillier + token chaincatcher with bolts 82g
rotor 3DF right arm + 53/39 rotor aerorings 453g
rotor 3DF left crank arm 284g
speedplay zero cromo pedals pair 216g
fizik arione r5 kium rail 220g
kmc 11 chain 239g
Deda 35 alloy bars 278g
Deda 35 Stem 140g
Wheelset weights (including tubes, tubs etc excluding Qrs)
easton ea90slx front with vittoria corsa cx with tube 984g
easton ea90slx rear with vittoria corsa cx with tube 1214g
easton ec90 aero 55 front with tub + glue 865g
easton ec90 aero 55 rear with tub + glue 1058g
front quick release 75g
rear quick release 70g
with all these weights I have calculated the bike will come in at around 7300g with my ea90s on and 7000g with my EC90s on but this is without the steerer being cut and a decent set of quick release skewers and bottle cages. on my EC90s i will probably get a Edco monoblock saving 109g and a set of zipp titanium aero skewers which will save a further 80g.
here are the pictures of the build up to now. sorry for the poor quality camera.
more images should be up on Thursday

It'll be hard to get a C60 down to a respectable ww weight, but I'm sure it'll ride great! Pictures soon please!

Congratulations TomColnago,
4 months is a long wait, but then again its a Colnago it'll be well worth it me thinks.
I ordered one in 53cm traditional as well back in November of last year & I've just been informed by Mike at Maestro that I should be getting it end of this week.
I am really looking forward to seeing yours in full glory!
Cheers

Arundel Dave-O with the gloss 3k finish. They should pair well with the larger tube sizes of the C60.

Thank you Cal what a coincidence that i posted it today! I only saw the colnago facebook post about it being his birthday at dinner time well after posting this thread.
By the way Cal very jealous of your Colnago EPQ such a beautiful bike

Lovely colourway- looking forward to seeing this build take shape! This is the first time I've realised how heavy my Chorus cassette weighs - crikey!

Thanks, it was between MHBL and MHRD and the chorus cassette is a pretty heavy lump but it's cheaper and lasts longer than a record or super record cassette. To drop some weight on my race wheels I'm possibly going to run an edco monoblock which is 106g lighter than the chorus cassettegreentimgreen wrote:Lovely colourway- looking forward to seeing this build take shape! The only difference between Record and Chorus is the last block of 3 sprockets being in TI vs stainless. So, in regular use, Chorus is almost not longer lasting....but a lot heavier.
And BTW : very classy frameset. I'm looking forward for pictures of the complete build
