Looking good following the adjustments, I haven't seen that color combo on the Venge, suits it well

Not slammed if you still have that Aero cap. Just kidding. Nice venge dude.

What's the main reason for having the Allez? Crits? More comfortable? Bad weather bike? N+1?

Very nice bikes you've got there. Can't decide which one I like the most so I'll take both :)

Thanks.. Its the 2015 Pro model... it also came in lime green which seems to have been the more popular color. I've sen quite a few of those in person, never seen another one of these while out riding.

I knew someone would say that... hahahaha

right now the Venge and Allez match exactly. The Venge has the 15mm aero bearing cover and the Allez has a 10mm carbon bearing cover. The Allez head tube is 5mm taller.

All of the above.. I built the Venge first and it was just my all around riding, dream bike.... but then I wanted to start racing and I just could not deal with the fact that I might end up crashing the Venge, so I bought/built the Allez. I use the Allez for road races, crits, bad weather and on the trainer bike... Its funny, the Venge is definitely the better bike, but I still really enjoy riding the Allez and sometimes I'll just take it out for my local Saturday morning group rides or Tuesday night shop ride. At one point, I was even contemplating pulling the DA off the Venge, putting it on the Allez and making the Allez my general riding bike, sell the Venge frame and pick up the 2X Allez sprint frame, put the 6800 on that for a race bike... may still do it.. who knows. I am always amazed at the value of the Allez.. its a great performing, light, aluminum bike... some people complain the BB isn't stiff enough, but I'm fine with it. I'm 160 pounds and can do 1100w in a sprint and it doesn't bother me. As it sits its about 16.7 pounds or so.. I know if I did DA and maybe went down to a 40mm deep set of wheels, I could drop it to right about 15.

Is there any chance you could post the pictures (doesnt matter if updated or not) without the watermarks? Id love to post them onto my fb page "Road Bike Porn".

If you're going to use my photos for your FB page, then I'd like the credit... so no, I won't remove the watermarks, sorry. The reason the watermarks are there is for exactly the reason you want me to remove, to prevent people from using them and representing them as their own work. Hope you can understand.

So do it to be unremovable ;) like now it takes less than 10 seconds to remove logo without smallest sign it was ever there :)

Hey guys.. This afternoon, Pactimo announced their 2016 Brand Ambassadors and I was chosen. They're having a final contest to win a Grand Prize trip to Colorado to go cycling and visit their headquarters. Please have a look and give me a vote. My name is Rich Lavigne and my video is the 8th one down.
