That's definitely the nicest bar/stem combo work I've seen done so far. The finish is great, looks very 'natural' like it's always been a 1 piece.

Logo is definitely slanted.

Very, very clean job on that combo Just 1 question : I suppose you can't move the garmin mount more toward the stem due to slight diameter increase of the bar resulting from the bonding

Got me hands on some eTap:
17 pounds of packaging:
Update dongle:
eTap Rear Derailleur:
Battery cap with full/empty indicator:
Shifter:
Front Derailleur:
Two separate boxes for brake cables...because they can, okay?
Competitive Cyclist took their sweet time to ship my cassette, so probably won't be building this til tomorrow night.

That's an exciting package! Bet you were happy when that showed up.
Posted this is in the eTap thread too:
Some notes on installing on a Cervelo R5ca with THM M3 Claviculas:
So, this strikes me as a little odd, but has anyone else tried eTap with a 10s cassette? I'm waiting for my 11 speed cassette to come so I figured I'd get the FD setup. I clicked through a few gears on the RD, they shifted fine. I clicked through the entire range and back down, working better than before. Hmmm...
Here's a video of it:

Lowest setting on FD:
This is the problem:
The bracket hits the top of the indentation on the FD:
Weight of the old system @ 549g vs 662. So a gain of 113g over Red with mini-iLinks.
Clearance issues due to sticker:
Remedy:
Some notes on installing on a Cervelo R5ca with THM M3 Claviculas:
- The derailleur hanger is too high for 50 tooth chainrings
- The THM cranks will clear the FD as long as you remove the sticker for crank length size
- eTap shifts very well on a 10 speed cassette

the derailleur will fit closer to the big ring once you file/dremel the top of the frame bracket. Several layers of gorilla tape as masking on the nearby frame is recommended. Guessing from the photo it will take about 2-3mm?
Plan B: Make a curved shim for the mount area of the mech so the upper bump doesn't touch the frame bracket.

Plan C is to run a 52/36. We'll see, it shifts fine right now. Not wholly keen on modifying the FD bracket.

Ryan what bottom bracket did you use for the THM M3 crank? the THM's direct fit?
