A few pictures (It's dirty from riding the winter roads here, and it's too cold to wash it).

I like that frame. I've always felt that Fujis are seriously underrated bikes.

Great looking frame and nice weight.
Let's finish the ride with a 20% grade.

Nice looking bike.
How are the brakes? They are very light, but I haven't seen any actual ride reports.
Also, I was just scanning through your list and noticed that your rear derailleur is incredibly light. A little too light!

Good catch. That was a typo and I fixed it. Should have been 160g.
Thanks!
The brakes are not my favorite, but they are definitely light. They stop fine, and I can lock up either wheel, but they do seem to require more gripping force than others.

Nice build! Really like the new Fuji SL. Only thing I don't like so much is the looks of the saddle.

It's a Fizik Aliante R1. I have the Aliante on all my bikes and my butt loves them. Plenty of centuries (like 30 last year), and double centuries, and no problems, so I'm sticking with what works, and screw the looks! (...but, actually, I like the way it looks). :)

Given how beefy and overbuilt both the headtube and that stem is, the headset spacers between look really small and out of place - make look for a taller conical headset cap if you can't slam that stem. Nice bike though, I have an Altamira and quite tempted by one of these.

Sram RED crank looks good in any build! Glad that isn't clashing with the DA9000 kit. Lovely!

How's the front shifting?

How's the front shifting?

Thanks Birdman. Front shifting (all shifting) is flawless. I went with SRAM Red 22 Crank because the frame is PF30, and I didn't want to install a heavier DA crank and then add more weight for adapters. I found the Red crank in a 52x36 which was what I wanted. The install was not without drama though. The preload adjuster nut that came on the crank rubbed the outer lip of the SRAM PF30 BB I installed. There was no way to get the slop out without it rubbing, and I tried virtually everything. I finally ditched the preload adjuster entirely, bought a bunch of shims and shimmed it out to fit. That method worked perfect. I did a little googling, and I'm not alone with this issue. I'm kind of surprised that SRAM would sell parts that are supposed to work together, yet are actually totally incompatible. Problem solved though, so I'm over it. :)

I agree a nice conical spacer would look better. I couldn't find one I liked that would fit nicely over the FSA headset cap, and have the outer diameter/taper to fit. I don't want to slam the stem because it would not be the fit I want. The drop is already a little more than my Addicts and Merlin.
If you know of a good matte UD carbon tapered cap that will either replace the FSA bearing cover or fit the top of it nicely, and look better than whats there, I'd pick one up!

Overall it looks great, only thing I'd change is the stem, it just looks too bulky and you could easily find a lighter one too
