Here's Aimar's response to exact same question:

On aesthetic side, I end up liking the headbadge to be a couple of fingers below the TT-HT intersection, as it compensate the different visual vectors of the frame: diagonal tube is wider and pointing upwards, while top tube is flat and smaller diameter, so completely centered headbadge would get a much heavier feel and "force" the visual weight downwards. Also, cable housing usually intersect around middle, so top headbadge will be more visible as well. So, basically, it's just because a long piece of mental shit...

And headtube being 190mm tall doesn't help. :) But I think it does look OK.

That looks great. Nice and simple, classy and with great proportions.

Steerer has been cut.

I did a short ride today and absolutely blown away (literally, headwind was very strong and I felt like I'm climbing on my way back home :D). There may be some new bike mojo but it definitely rides better than my Evo with the same wheels and tires.

Weight is 8350 gr. including cages, K-Edge Garmin mount and sensors. There's a lot of room to make it lighter but I have no intentions doing that. It will be high 7s with some carbon parts but I don't think it'll worth spending a lot to save few grams and still have a non-weightweenie bike.
