As you guys may know, I have a slight commitment problem with bikes. So I found a Colnago Extreme Power. I actually bought this frame thinking it was a 48s, but it turns out its a 45s. Whoops. All weights are verified on my scale.

Awesome! Really like your previous builds, 45s should fit you well. I believe you had a 50cm Cannondale. I had a 52cm Cannondale and would take (gladly) a 48s Colnago.

I'm 95% sure it'll still fit even though it is a size smaller. I'll post pictures once I actually have the bike built!

Tires aren't actually glued yet LOL. But test riding feels good so far. Just maybe a slight hair longer than I'm used to.

Well, if that's your preferred final setup then you definitely have the right size versus the 48s. Nice build. How much saddle to bar drop is that out of curiosity?
