Since last update, caad received lot of changes.
Firstly, after having used the sram force 10V groupset and broke twice the right lever, I decided to buy 105 5800 rear mech, cassette and shifters to switch to 11v

Wheels Corima aero 48mm
Cassette MICHE 11V PRIMATO CAMPAGNOLO -328gr-

By cleaning the frame with acetone, I found this, camouflaged by the former owner with nail polish:

Anyone know how to hide this?

I recently contacted cannondale about touchup paint. They said they no longer offer it. The lady said they suggest using enamel paint or nail polish to fill minor scratches. Sounds like what someone before you already did.

The nail varnish is not very clean ... I thought of adhesive but it may not be clean.
I can try with a retouching pen but the result is often disappointing.

Next order is skewers, mine are really heavy 116 gr the pair. Maybe those http://mtzoom.com/skewers/the-monroe or those http://www.dulight.fr/fr/route/735-bloc ... rbone.html.

I also ordered derailleurs ultegra 6800 to replace the 105 5800 rear and the sram Force front mech.
