The tubes for the next frames of Model S Image

Here the milling CNC machine at work for a flat sheet mold, this is for high pressure molding, for garmin mounts and others future products.

Model S custom carbon frame - starter kit.

This frame will be a 53 top tube effective, traditional brakes, pf30 for bb, headtube total carbon made for Chris king i3 headset. Aproximate frame weight: 820 grams

Update of the frame. The tubes are mitred and they're put together on the jig. In the next images, you could see the frame weight after glue step. After, there is the fillet step on the joints ImageImageImage

Today is the wrap day! Actually the frame is in the hoven for the cure cycle. The carbon fiber is 120gr\mq UD t700. The fibish layer is made with a classic 3k plain carbon fiber.ImageImageImage

Thank you all! The frame making process is the prepare\sanding step. Here other images for the bb wrapping step, out of the oven , and then the sand paper step. The frame Weight after glued was 735 grams, with carbon wrap process the total weight with alluminium cnc dropouts is 838 grams ImageImageImage
