NEW PROJECT - Campagnolo Athena EPS V2 internal battery- The battery is almost perfect for the seat tube. Some electric tape to stabilize it.
- The reason I need additional help to stabilize the battery is because the seat tube water bottle M5 tap bosses sticks inside too much, the battery won't slide in at all. So it will just sit in the seat tube.
- Also, no extra holes for the charger port, so I'm routing the charging wire up.
- Also, I'm just using a M4x0.7x300 threaded rod as my battery tool, $5.0 USD. It gets the job done.
- Battery fully seated now, the existing wire is just long enough for my frame.
- That's the front derailleur cable hole, it needed to be drilled open slightly to fit the EPS wire plugs.
- The rubber grommet was found at the physical store of a big online shop at Colorado.
- Plenty of working room
- Another view
- The hole right below the bar code is for front derailleur cable, it needed to be drilled open slightly to fit the EPS wire plugs.
- The lower hole is also an existing hole, not sure what that hole was for. Maybe bladder? Also had to be drilled larger.
- Di2 Electric Wire Cover, SM-EWC2, for external routing
- Di2 wire grommet. These may not work long term since they are design for smaller carbon frame hole opening. They don't stay on the drilled holes that well.
- Down tube routing
- Chainstay routing
- Head tube routing
