I want one of these!
There was a 54cm on eBay- the guy ended the auction.
I wanted to buy it as a frameset- he wouldn't sell it to me.
If anyone wants to part with a black 54cm R3 Mud- let me know.

lol that's true. But technically I didn't make "new" holes, I just made the existing ones larger :P

I do like this bike a lot. The eBay one is still available, just checked. If you get the bike and sell the kits, it may be a decent deal at the end.

Keep in mind though, that post stated that bike is a 2013. FALSE! Black = 2012; Silver = 2013. Other than the color, I read that the 2013 has a stiffer rear derailleur hanger. Although I have no issues with my 2012... yet.

Looks good- how did the clearance work out with the Etap FD?

Clearance is acceptable. I have Schwalbe Pro-One 28 in the rear, which measured to be just over 30mm wide. I didn't measured it, but the tightest spot is to the front derailleur support wedge. I think my rear tire is about 4mm away from that wedge. Will measure and share a photo later.
