Probably the first time I've ever thought white bar tape looked better than black.

Short 40km ride this morning - not sure if it's the "new bike syndrome" but this is the probably the best carbon bike I have ridden

That is quite a statement! Can you elaborate? Comfort? Handling?

PROS:
1) feels like you are riding on air (lightness)
2) feels like you are riding on air
(Smooth)

In my opinion those 2 tend not to go hand in hand.. But that's just me

3) handles effortless
4) picks up like a rocket

CONS
1) maybe it's because I have been riding metal bikes, but it feels like if I crash the bike is gone and so will I

But to be honest it's my first ride short 40km - could be new bike syndrome but today was supposed to be a bit of recovery so I wasn't actually pushing it.. More of a leisure ride...

I have ridden and owned colnago C59 & C60. Pinarello prince SL, Mag Dogma, dogma 60.1, 65.1. Trek OCLVs, Madones, Fondreist TF1, Cervelos, Specialized & Giants, LOOKs and TIMES... My Favourite of that Lot was the colnago C59 traditional.

Nice, very nice. I cannot wait to get mine built up! I've owned a Colnago too, and would agree it's one of the best 'feeling' carbon bikes. However, Parlee Z5 manages to rival it, amazingly. If the Argo matches the Z5 I'll be happy. If it exceeds it I'll be very happy!

Got a Q for you too @Bely - is the THM crankset a 24mm or 30mm axle? Did you take the T47 bottom bracket with the Argo too?

I had a parlee about 13 years ago and felt that it flexed too much. THM is a 30mm, yes T47

What Parlee was it? They came on a long way. Great news on the T47/THM combo, thank you. Think I just found my crankset too :)
