Nice work. Hard to get 4-series frames down that low. I recommend you look at upgrading the seatpost and saddle next, as you're using pretty hefty parts there.

You can usually find the Bontrager XXX seatposts on ebay for good prices, same with saddles. Now, you can also lose some weight by going with small light weight components, like the seatpost clamp, headset cover and bottle cages. Once you handle the big things, then look at the other ones, and you'll hit your goals. You can definitely be sub-7kg on your build, without too many changes.
