Hey everyone.
I just completed my new r-077 build!
Thanks in part to this forum, I was able to make an informed decision on company and frame.
I'll have some pics and details up later today. Feel free to jump in with any questions.

Looks awesome! Especially colour scheme! I like it.

1. What's the frame size? Your body height/tall? Body weight?
2. Did you experience any issues with front derailleur or something else?
3. How much money did you spend on it? (You can PM me.)
4. What's the final weight?
5. How it feels speaking about durability and safety confidence? What about stiffness?

Looks solid. That color is crazy, how did you specify the color you wanted from them?

Weight as built? Weight on Frame, fork, seatpost? Total Cost? I have plenty of questions.

thanks for the responses! its been 4 days since it was built and I'm in love.

Velobuild experience: These guys were pretty cool. The email correspondence was super fast! as was the shipping.
I originally purchased the the R-015. But Chris emailed me promptly saying that they were changing the mold and it would be 30 days before it would be ready. He rec'd the 077. Now... I actually wanted the 077 but settled for the 015 because the reviews were positive and plentiful in the forums.
Screw it! I can't wait... pulled the trigger!!

My only gripe was the paint job... awesome color but I'm on the fence about how durable the paint job is. I'd feel better if there was a (matte) lacquered finish.

-previous and only road bike - Trek 1000 circa 1994
-6' 165lbs
-frame size large (56)
-no issues with the front derailleur. (Didn't know that was a thing)
-the frame/fork, septets, handlebars, stem, and paint job = $630 - I got a small discount because they didn't have the frame I originally ordered
-final weight 16.5lbs
-as far as the ride/confidence. its a bit hard for me to rate it because I don't have anything current to compare it to. My last bike was from the freakin' 90's!!!!
I was just happy to not have downtime shifters anymore!!!!
That being said...
I am a little gun shy about really cranking it out! I've been hearing all kinds of things about carbon (oem or not). So the last few days has been nothing more than a firm handshake. Although I did take her up to 40mph on a downhill once (i'm tearing up right now
I'm also used to that strong trek aluminum frame, its a truck that I'm able to ride really hard on with no reservations. I already know that I'm going to have to refine my riding style, which is not a bad thing.

here are the bullet points
nice and stiff. love it
rarely have to get out of the saddle. so easy to get up to speed
cornering feel great
climbing is a breeze. start cranking and it jumps... ready to go faster
safety/confidence - taking my time. I'm an NYC rider (I ride like I drive a Cab) so I'm a bit aggressive. I'm trying to figure out what this thing is capable of without one of us breaking the other.
but after 3 days of riding with increase efforts... I'm feeling pretty good.
I'm sure I'll have more to say a few 100 miles in.

Looks good, and good to read some real first hand experience about the 077. But seriously, for a lot of reasons, you need to post the pics in the thread, not as dropbox links or links at all. You will do all the readers a huge favor.

What tires do you use? Does that frame supports 700x25C besides of 23mm? How about 700x28C?

Also I have another question. I'm choosing wheelset for that frame and a bit unsure... How do guys you think would it be better to go with 23mm or 25mm wide rims? Does it even support 25mm rims?
