Just finished restoring an old school WW. It was pretty rough when I found it, I was able to restore the frameset and saving some components, but ended replacing quite a bit. I hope you guys like it.

Lovely bike. Alan's are nice to ride too. What the weight of the frameset as my 1980 Alan with campagnolo kit weighs 10 kg. Wheels are lighter than yours which means my frame must be heavy.

Just changed to double butten spokes and laced the front cross from radial, and added pedals.

8.95kg as pictured. Not so bad for an over 3 decade old setup.

Sadly I was too excited that I didn't get to weight the frameset. Rides smooth for sure
