Fantastic! Well done

Why the switch to Tacx cages? Arundel cages look really nice. Although the Tacx hold the bottle firmly, I've had three fail.

I just happened to have those Tacx cages so I used them... Cheap, secure and relatively light. Maybe Arundel Mandibles some day if I feel like upgrading.

Iris cages may look OK with a stainless steel flask, not coming near my bike... ;)

I think the Tacx cages are fine, although not as "springy" as the Arundel's, but same design shape etc. I've switched all my Arundel Mandibles to Arundel Dave-O's, which actually look more like the Tacx above. I found the Mandibles simply too tight and would crush the Camelbak waterbottles I use. The Dave-O's have the same holding power but the fact that there is more surface area on the arms makes it easier to slide the bottles in and out, without the crushing of the thin mandible arms.

I took these pics a while ago so I'm posting them here too.

I think it looks better with the low profile wheelset. Hyperons could be nice also, but I sold them...

Nice, very nice. These pictures put me on the path of a 8 degree stem for my Extreme C, instead of the 17 degree stem I now use. I thought anything else than 17 degrees wouldn't look good, but you've proven the opposite.
