Finally got an actual weight before I took it apart this weekend and retired it. Came out to 7.1kg (15.8lbs). I'm going to miss this frame

What do you think of the 3.4s? What considering a pair of those for my CAAD10

Love them. They're stiffer and quieter. I felt noticeably less crosswind turbulence with these vs my Ardennes. Although I don't plan on putting the alloys back on, I still feel you need a backup set of alloys for stupid steep descents.

My somewhat complete 2013 CAAD10. I purchased this as my intro to road biking with the plan to eventually upgrade to an Evo. It's not the lightest build but I've grown to appreciate the feel and feedback that aluminum frames offer.

Chain: Shimano Ultegra 6800
Pedals: Shimano Dura-Ace 9000 Ext 4mm+
Handlebars: FSA Energy Compact 44cm
Stem: Enve Black Inc. 110mm
Saddle: Specialized Romin Pro Evo 155mm

Good day,

Saw on your other post that you mentioned that the 104mm spindle + SL crank will not clear the chainstay.
If that's the case. You are using 109mm spindle with SL crank. Does that means you will get additional Q-factor on the NDS.

Appreciat if you can shed some light.
Thank you and sorry for hi-jack the post.
