Wow! Gorgeous. The only change I'd make would be to glue up some gunwales at your next tire change.

Very much looking forward to additional pics! Build is perfect.

@tigoose,
Thanks!

@arizonahalfnhalf,
yup, I do have a pair of Obies with tan sidewalls, fingers crossed that setup should bring the built to sub 6500 grams (I hope).

Cheers!

if you've ridden it enough to know, do you find the front end stiff enough as the tubes don't appear to be overly big in diameter (top & down tubes)?

@tigoose,

Regarding your question on the front end stiffness, allow me to get back to you after a couple of more rides.

Cheers!

looks great - always loved the Titanio bikes
When I got my Baum Ti I was initially concerned about weight - until I actually rode it! The whole point of Ti IMO is the ride quality which is not based on the carbon bike objectives of absolute lightest weight and maximum stiffness. My Baum is 6.8kg and my BMC at the time I got the Baum was 5.6kg. The Baum is soooo much nicer to ride. Don't worry about trying to save a few grams on this project using boutique parts - you are already using top tier groupset and wheels. If it is sub-7kg you will find that is enough I'm guessing.
Have fun and welcome to the dark side !

lol...

@dadoflam08
Spot on regarding the overall weight.
I have to agree the frame is a tad porky, however it compensates with its overall ride quality.
FYI, the frame geometry is a replica of my Merckx Team SC, with comfort being the number criteria.

Cheers!
