It does as it sits right now. I need to get the Powertap laced to the Propel's wheelset.

I just completed setting up the propel the other day. Still toying around with the drop on the TCR for the time being but I like the aggressive position. I'm most likely going to keep it the way it is so that means I need to mess around with a new stem on the propel. What's tough is that I finally got around to getting a bike fit when I purchased the propel and found that I'm indeed a size Large in Giant's geometry. All the while I've been using a medium TCR......needless to say some changes are going to happen
Interesting that you have 52/36 on the Propel and 53/39 on the TCR.
I have a Propel and am toying with getting s TCR next year for some alpine climbs. Since the TCR is aimed at climbing routes I will have pro compact or compact on it with standard on the Propel for flatter rides.
Interested why you have gone the other way.

Funny enough, they do. Like I said in my previous post I just recently had a bike fit and found that I am better suited to a size Large rather than my Medium TCR. I had the TCR for a few years before I really knew anything about proper fit. My body is odd as well as all my length (6'1" / 185cm) is in my legs (35" /89cm inseam) and arms.
Now that I know a bit more, I need to get a longer stem for the TCR and bump it up to a 140mm instead of the current 120mm. The drop isn't as extreme like it shows in the pictures due to the angle I took the pic at.
