Total weight 6,26kg, and a fantastic and incredibly versatile ride (I live in the French Alps, with many different roads for many different cyclists...)
Have a good ride

Cool, your bike looks great! Nice choice of parts and I bet many are envious of where you live.

Tough to get a Colnago so light. Nice job.

this is a really nice bike and a great weight! it is very nice rubber you have on that rig. it is interesting that with some amendment you could easily get sub 6 kg, but then who needs it. (but this is weight weenies). it is a very nice looking bike and what a place to ride it. look forward to seeing some photos from you on the "on the road" thread.

Thank you mrgray,
you're right, I could get sub 6kg, but I'd have to use more exotic components (crank, seatpost, handlebar, brakes...), looking at Schmolke, Ax, or THM...
Maybe one day, but is it worth it ? Even if it's Weight Weenies, the bike is very reliable like this, and handles incredibly well !

That said, my two previous bikes were VERY lighter...

in my opinion it is not worth it. better to feel good about riding it. lightest weight whilst still:
- comfortable
- reliable
- safe

but you obviously know a thing or 2 about building a light weight bike so i'm sure i'm telling you nothing. :D

cedced74 Can you reflect a bit on the ride of C60 compared to RCa?

Of course, I have found the R5Ca, and obviously the RCa, with about 5.2 kg, were absolutely great for climbing, with the feeling of having no bike under me ! But they were, in my opinion, very "neutral" in other situations, and I've always had a (very) little fear on downhills. The C60 is by far more "allrounder", and the handling is definitely outstanding. I always have a big smile when riding it...
