Long time lurker. About time to contribute.
Used to ride a Cervélo RS, but it got killed in a major crash last summer. Someone went down in the middle of the peloton at high speed, taking at least 15 of us with him.
While waiting for my scaphoid to heal I got this frame through crash replacement. I wasn't a fan of the black and blue 2014 paintjob, so I was very pleased when this frame showed up.

Picture perfect. What a great looking bike! The only thing I would get rid of is the planet x logo on the bottle cages.

Welcome. Good to hear you have healed and purchased the R3. Looks like you've done it right, given the build and weight. Any new projects to lighten it further?
Road bike: Cervelo R3, Campagnolo Chorus/Record mix...
Supercommuter: Jamis Renegade...
Oldie but goodie: De Rosa Professional Slx, Campagnolo C-Record...

Mmm, might do some photoshopping to see what that would look like..

If I see a good deal on some 3T Ergonova LTD. Otherwise I think I'm happy at the moment.

Compliments on your build. Looks very clean, I do prefer the grey R3 over the black/blue one as well.
