You lucky

Except for the feeling , the noise they do I can't see anymore reason to ride tubulars even if I love my veloflex roubaix ...

First ride on the bike today, did 50 miles. Since I tore my other bike down and this bike didn't show up on time, I hadn't ridden in 2 weeks. Holy crap I forgot how much effect that can have on your recovery! Felt sluggish and tired after hard efforts. Was Much more stiff than my supersix, which resulted in an odd feeling when sprinting or climbing out of the saddle. The stiffer frame of the evo felt different, almost like I wasnt getting as much power down. After 20'ish miles I started to get a better feel for the stiffness. Bike felt a bit "snappier". Even though I felt sluggish, I did take 3 seconds on my favorite sprint segment and claimed a KOM that I have been hunting down for the last 2 months.
I have the steering tube cut 15mm shorter than my supersix was. Didn't notice much of a difference during the ride. Gonna ride this for a while before trying to slam it though. Position felt great. Sworks saddle felt really good, no chafing which is always a plus. What a lovely bike. I'm really going to enjoy riding it!

Good thing you upgraded, those yellow shoes would have never matched your Supersix...lol

Sure like the action pictures on the first ride. Were you up at Washington park for the first ride? The bike sure looks great on the road. We are Riding from Beaverton to Hagg lake and around in the morning, the weather should be perfect!

Let's finish the ride with a 20% grade.

Got some new cages. Cheap chinese matte finish carbon. $20 for 2 with free shipping. Got them in a week. My last set of cages were the same ones, but glossy 3k weave. Never once lost a bottle on my last set.

This is probably my favourite bike on here!!! There is literally nothing I would change on it.
