awesome setup and great weight. i've got 2 questions. can you live with the saddle (i tried endurance plus but there it wasn't going to work i thought) and did the thm m3 srm take long to come once you ordered?

this saddle is fit well n different hips with different saddle. :D

Just out of curiosity, how many bibs and jerseys did you order? Do you ever ride the bike with a different kit?

Bike looks good. Definitely appreciate the thought and effort for truly custom look.

Fantastic! That's an amazing looking bike.

Did you weigh the frame?

One thing that surprises me about the Photon HL is it comes stock with the 2.0 fork, which is heavy. That takes the whole frameset with minimal paint to around 1000 grams. It would have been better paired with the 1.0 fork:
