swap chain for silver colored and you'll be perfectly good to go

Nice bike, this is meant as constructive criticism as that looks fine like it is, just nitpicking because you asked:

If that seat is where you want it 0 SB post will look better
Don't like the looks of that crank on the bike, would prefer the regular old DA crank
like above silver chain will look better, though that may just be in pictures.
trim steerer, out front mount for Garmin.
Deeper, lighter race wheels

Really though the only thing I would probably do is put silver chain on next time it needs changing, out front mount-done. I have different preferences for wheels, tires and saddle but that is just my taste.

Agree with what others have said about changes you could make.

And if you're comfortable with a lower position at the front end you could order the 4mm headset cover from Canyon, then slam the stem and ditch the bulky Acros headset.

I have the same frame and love it, even though it's a few years since it was discontinued.

+1 on the seat post, saddle way to far forward, could be changed to full carbon, would save around 110g, otherwise nice bike.

Thanks for all your answers :)

The chain will be moved, and a new (in silver) ordered.
I have a new saddle/seatpost combo (slr 180g + 169g china seatpost)
Tyre/wheel will be if a good offer comes up :-)

the 4mm from Canyon could be an option for next season.
This frame is going to last atleast the next 3-4 years for me :D
