Hello :3

Being off the bike for 3/4 months with numerous health problems, i have gained around 40lb's and am using the excuse of weight lose and rebuild fitness i built a caad10.

I am not to sure what the weight is, before i had the bike built with lighter parts, and it was around 15lbs, now its around 16 lbs because of the excess weight from the power meter.

Plans for the bike are to powdercoat the frame gloss black, get red22 or force22 (for the fact that is less then $550), planning on tuning all the parts with TI hardware, and better tires!

Any advise on loosing weight would be lovely. I am 5'5 and previously weighed around 120lb, i am now 160 lbs on a normal day. I can still bike 3/4 hours a day with no real deficits its just a surprising amount of weight gain. and i've never had to consider any changes in my life like this before.

Why to go black when it is in nice red? There are not many CAADs in this color.

Nice build, you have the inverse of my CAADs paint scheme. 2012 CAAD10-3?

How do you like the Dovals? Shift quality, timing, etc...

Hey, i feel like the timing is a little late for me but i think it is because i ride with a little extra toe extension. I did end up timing it pretty comfortably, it just takes about a week to really feel it.

The big ring feels really natural to me, the small ring feels EXTRA oval to me, But i have had friends say the exact opposite. It feels the most modulated in climbs, and it shifts pretty identical to normal setups, the rival FD uses alot of tension so i feel like that is why it feels pretty normal, My shifter feels really heavy from the tension. Also i have shifted this setup on chorus 11 on @dudemanppl's bike's and it feels the same.

they are heavy but it works fine (:
