Hi Anquetil - love the white Pina!

How does the F8 ride compared to the Cipo RB1K?

I am also thinking about a F8. Only the colour scheme of the 2017 bikes give me some "trouble". The my way options are also a bit limited imho. Whats in your opinion the best colour for a Dogma F8?
Specialized Tarmac S-works SL7 (Satin carbon spectraflair tint)
Specialized Tarmac S-works SL6 (Green Cameleon)
Specialized Tarmac Pro SL6 Disc (Blue/Teal Sram Force AXS)
Specialized Epic Elite 29

At the end of July I built an F8 with Etap and Xentis Squad 4.2 clinchers (new model with wider rims) but only got a few short rides, maybe less than 150 miles, before a back injury sustained at work put pay to my season. HOWEVER my initial impression was that the F8 is a very very direct ride to the point of being harsh and uncomfortable. I did try a number of different tyre/pressure combinations and didn't get a chance to try an alternative of wheels before I got injured but I must say I'm not impressed thus far. Having previously owned several Colnagos my view is probably slightly jaundiced but I have also had the privilege of owning an original Scott Addict which had a reputation of being 'direct' and I must say that the F8 is considerably harsher than the latter. I also have a S-Works Tarmac with Campag Record and a pair of Farsports 38mm carbon clinchers (superb value for the money) and, looks aside, the Spesh is far superior to the F8 in all aspects of the ride quality.

Along with my dodgy back, the weather here in Ireland is pretty grim just now so it'll probably be next spring before I get another chance to ride my F8 again. Maybe a bit more time in the saddle or change of wheels might cause me to have a re-think but I've never felt so beat up by any of my top end bikes. Sorry Fausto, just a personal opinion.
