Here's my Aeroad, except for a decent SRM pc mount and wheels that will be changed, it's finally built.
Some weights:
- H11 Stem/handlebar combo (stem 100mm/handle bar 420mm c/c): 344gr.
- Fork: 339gr.
- Seat post: uncut total length 330mm: 184gr.
- Frame (size M ) incl. bb bearings-, der. hanger-, seat post clamp and di2 cables incl. internal battery: 1060gr.

Weight of the complete bike is 7.40kg incl. pedals.

Considering one of these, so thanks for posting the accurate weights.

The frame is actually lighter than I imagined - taking away the di2 cables/battery and bb bearing must leave the frame close to 900-930g. By any chance did you manage to get a weight for the seatpost? And what length is the handlebar stem? Cheers.

Looks good, well done!
May I ask you what your size and inseam is? Saddle height and saddle-bar drop would also be interesting...
Thanks!

Hi, inseam is 85cm, saddle height is 75cm, saddle/bar drop for now is 75mm.
I'm 1.78m.

Like it - but a bar/stem combo like that is begging to be slammed, just doesn't look quite right with all those spacers...

Would look better with the stem all the way down, but it wouldn't be the right position for me. A bike without spacers always looks better to me.

Very nice "Pure Cycling"

We all like slammed stems, but actually it looks decent on the Aeroad with the proprietary spacers etc. It's still look well integrated alltogether.

Would personnaly like a bit of color

I will add some very small silver decals later on.

Was it a special order without any labelling or did you have it stripped completely?

I had the matte Black colour stripped as I found it to be a bit boring to look at, it now has the UD carbon see through finished with matte lacquer, the gloss Black has been kept. All the logos and the Grey colour stripped as well.
I like the shimmering of the UD carbon depending on sun light, it makes it look "alive", shame it doesn't really appear well on the pictures.

Hear that, my V1-R does that and it looks amazing!
