2012 Cannondale CAAD 10 Project

Hi all,
(Sorta) new here. Here is my 2012 Cannondale CAAD10 (50cm). You've probably seen it before, previous owner was incredibleting (SRAM Force, gumwalls?). Anyhow I picked up and built it up.

2012 Cannondale CAAD10 50cm (~1230g w. BB, all clamps and hangars, etc.)
FSA headset (55g) / CAAD10 fork (385g)
Cannondale Hollowgram SiSL 170mm with Quarq CinQo Saturn and Cannondale MKV rings 53/39 (658g)
5700C pedals (275g)
Shimano 9000 shifters (365g) and cables (~200g), FD (66g), RD (160g), brakes (295g), and chain (246g)
Shimano 6800 cassette (248g)
Zipp SL 38cm bars (167g) and Zipp Service Course SL 130mm -17 stem (141g)
Fizik Superlight tape (~50g)
Thomson Masterpiece 240mm, tuned with Ti bolts (142g) and Selle Italia SLR stripped (144g)
Pacenti SL23 2015 to Soul Kozak M-Netic with Sapim CXRay and Sapim Alloy nips and Stan's 21mm yellow rim tape (1370g + 20g), Ti skewers (35g)
Vittoria Open Corsa SC 25mm (220g) and butyl tubes (85g)
Elite bottle cages (40g x2)
Whole bike weighs 7.05 kg with cages and pedals, looking to further cut it down to below 6.8kg...
Coming soon: sanded Evo fork (~280g), Zipp SL Speed post (heavier I know, but matching).

Spidering changed to Quarq CinQo Saturn 130 BCD with Cannondale MKV 53/39 chainrings and Cannondale No-Nuts bolts
New 9000 mini-group (shifters, derailleurs, chain, brakes)
Zipp SL 38cm handlebars, Zipp Service Course SL 130mm -17 stem
Soon - Pacenti SL23 2015 rims laced to Soul Kozak hubs 20/24 with Sapim Laser and alloy nipples (est. 1350g wheelset).

Tires changed to Vittoria Open Corsa SC 25mm, crankset changed to Cannondale Hollowgram SiSL with 53/39 Spidering.

+1 on being a pain. Internal rear brake is solid, but internal derailleur cables is a no go for me (& cannondale)...probably why I opted for bzzt bzzt.

What's the cheapest way to cut weight? I plan on switching to VIttoria Open Corsa SC (-40g), and as funds allow, Shimano 9000 shifters (-125g)/derailleurs (-28g F, -70g R)/brakes (-95g), KMC X11SL chain (~30g?), and Cannondale Hollowgram SiSL2/Spiderings (-303g). The stem definitely needs to go, but that means the seatpost must go as well (matching is the rule).
My eventual goal is 15.0 pounds. Any ideas?
Edit: added weight savings.
Edit 2: Considering a sanded SRAM Red Exogram crank with black (Praxis?) chainrings in lieu of the Hollowgram/SiSL2 because it's a similar weight, but I can get them for much cheaper. Not sure if I would like the aesthetic of it though. Like such.

Good option to sand the crankset and use those chainrings!
I've always thought that if I were to build from scratch, Praxis rings with de-branded carbon arms is a great way I could save some coin on a light-but-good crankset.
And +1 on the internal routing. In terms of maintenance it's just a lot easier to have normal cables.

Yeah I wanted a Hollowgram SiSL2 and Spidering. I hate to say it, but in terms of price per weight saved, it simply isn't worth it compared to debranding a cheap BB30 exogram...

Weird..... The tread started out with black Caad 10 and suddenly switched out to blue frame. Is that s-works? If so should put s-works crank arm in that frame

I am considering putting a sanded SRAM Red Exogram crankset on my CAAD10. I posted a picture of my friend's old bike with a sanded SRAM Red Exogram, to show people what it looked like.

I bought Cannondale Hollowgram SiSL cranks with Spiderings, so those should be coming in shortly to replace the boat anchor 5800 crankset... New tires also to Vittoria Open Corsa SC 25mm (210g?)
Soon should be a full overhaul to DuraAce 9000 shifters/RD/FD, KMC X11 SL chain, and new sub-1400g wheels.
