I always have. I used to have back issues when I was into body building due to heavy squats " bad form"
So being stretched out feels nice to me. No body issues whatsoever. Long rides or shorter ones.

Cranks bit the dust, well the left arm. I am tuning a Vuma quad and will put that on once finished.
I am also replacing the BB shell for a titanium one, so the Vuma will go on when that's done.
Also going to make a new bar /stem combo and get rid of the saddle clamp and go ISP.
If any one noticed I drilled out the section of the Frame where the rear brake axle goes and replaced that with a light section. I will remove that again and replace with a custom made carbon section to lose even more weight.
I am trying to get my other bike , Guru photon up and running so will post when its done in the next few months.

Tuned some more shifters with BTP carbon clamps 187grms pair .
The ones on my Trek I forgot to deduct the left paddle removal the correct weight is 210grms with my DIY hoods

Another tuned front red mech and a tuned red rear mech with AFC plastic jockey wheel 2grms and a really nice carbon jockey wheel with ceramic bearings 5grms .This mech may be going on the Guru or maybe putting on a Wi Fli
not sure ,no rush :thumbup:

This is baller. Another dude rocking an older Trek.

I really like the seatpost/saddle piece. I don't like the gold chain and cassette.
