I can confirm your impressions, the basso is a great racing bike. As stiff as my S-Works SL4, agile handling, cornering is just great, the basso wants you to go fast :D Although ride quality on my SuperSix Evo seems to be smoother. I'm really curious about the first impressions with lightweights, maybe I'll try it next weekend.

If they look at price/performance they do have a good point. A De Rosa Protos for 3999 does not strike me as a fantastic deal :mrgreen:

And yeah, price/peformance is not very decisive on this forum (or for me!), so that's an important disconnect.

Think I like the Bora's best. They fit best to the lines of the powerful frame.
