Audiophilitis that is a spectacular build, and well documented.
Builds like this are what WW is all about.

Tim,
Another great build - you need to see this in person to really appreciate the beauty of the paint job and detailed hand pick parts on this bike - and I'm fortunate to be one of the guy to witness that. Can't wait to see this on our group rides.

Thanks, Edwin. You've built some stellar bikes yourself -- can't wait to see the 695 in the spring.

The so-called Enduro Zero bearings is a pure nightmare in board daylight.
Yeah, sure enough it is dirt cheap, but the QR is seriously undermining.
The stupid bearing couldn't last more than three-six months.
Ditch it after the 1st month of usage!!! :
(some friends of mine bought it and none gave positive feedback.)
I ask you, do you need good quality OR cheap but lower quality sealed bearing?
Your call, your decision.
Don't believe me? come back to report the quality of the bearing three months later.
A friend of mine using OEM brand (didn't tell me the brand) but it was butter-smooth after three months of intensive usage and still counting.
(He rode three-five time a week, with 60-80km clocked in-between)

I am truly impressed by your setup, as yours is much lighter than mine.
Just some advise to further lighten up
- replace stock seat clamp (looked like they weighed a tonne) to MUFK or BTP
- ditch the ugly bottle cage. They look so bulky. Try LightWeight or latest Tune
- I reckon you are using SR chain? Try KMC
- I reckon you are using SR cassette? Good enough (don't try Recon, they are as filmy as they looked.)

Not generally a fan of Cervelo's but this really is something else. A tip of the hat to you, sir.

What replacement clamp are you referring to?
These seat tubes at the clamp are not fully rounded.
These ugly bottle cages are one of the best working ones. There is a reason why you can see them on so many builds here.

Yeah, mandibles are the best & most secure cages I've ever used.
