I would like to introduce you my new bike. I've used parts from my old bicycle and bought a new Cannondale SuperSix Evo.

And here is a picture from today's first ride. It really rides well. Not really comfortable with Tufo tyres but stiff and responsive. I like it!

Great looking bike. One of the few bikes where I think the wheel decals would look better taken off though. Fairly busy canvas.

Love the bike, I was really into the color scheme of this model and was seriously considering it myself! How are you finding the outside routing of the rear brake? Also very impressive that you got it sub 7kg, the frameset is definitely not light to begin with!

Well the frame weights about 1050g and uncut fork is about 400g. Another frame in size 56 was even lighter with 970g. I don't think it's bad at all.

Very nice looking bike indeed!! I've always had a huge soft spot for Cannondales. May I ask how you are getting on with the Planet X brakes? I'm thinking of putting the exact same caliper and pad combo on the build I am currently doing?

The brakes are OK. Not the most powerful I had but OK. It really depends on the wheels and pads. With cork pads and Token rims the brakes were really really strong and powerful. With Bora rims and SwissStop pads there is plenty of modulation but i find the lack of maximum power. It is not a problem with my 75kg but for bigger guys it can be a trouble.

10 speed shifters and an 11 speed derailleur.
How do you manage that? Distannce between the sprockets is different for 10 and 11 speed.

^ Pretty sure 11sp derailleurs are compatible with 10 speed shifters for all shimano/sram/campy. It's the shifter that controls indexing, not derailleur.

11sp mech works well with 10sp shifters. Really without any trouble. Yesterday I put it bellow 6.8kg mark with new titanium skewers, Veloce cassette and lighter Cannondale KP017L expander and top cap. I got some problem with Campagnolo PF30 cups so there are also some thoughts about SISL2 crankset with spidering but that's not sure yet

So you're running a 10 speed cassette?

Of course. Campagnolo 2009-2014 11sp rear derailleurs works with 10sp shifters.
