There are a couple of 20% hills in the Purbecks near me but mainly because I am old and heavier than I should be ! ,its like a nine speed with a get out of jail free card .

BTW, how does the rear shifts with veloce levers and sram derry? Do you think that the 2015 version of thumb release button is superior to the former design?

I really like the action of the levers ,little bit of setting up using a turbo trainer on dining table but shifts really well . Had more trouble setting front shifting ,should have installed inline adjuster. Done about fifty miles so far little bit lumpy between 28-32 but that is quite a big jump for a road bike But will fiddle with b screw to try and smooth it out.
