How about an integrated bar/stem combo? Cinelli, perhaps?
I kind of like it how it is... if you insist on a real change both visually and by performance, I'd go for a new wheelset.. everything else on that bike is pretty spot on.. maybe the stem if anything..

Thanks for the replies guys.
Not a real fan for the intergrated stem/handle bar.
I got a Garmin out front fitted lately.
Regards wheels - suggestions? But what could be better than 404 Zipps - it's a wheelset which tick all boxes [ I think]

I suggest taking it to the Alps as that beach scene doesn't do it justice ... Perhaps I am just jealous of your weather.
This bike needs Bora wheels IMHO.
Debadge the Zipps if you must but yes, Bora Blacks would be the nutts on the bike.. of course, LW's would always be welcome on any all black bike! Stem to something a bit more slammed, ie Extralite or MCFKs? (I'm currently waiting for my -17 degree stem).

I'd keep the Zipp wheels (badge vs debadge is personal opinion reserved for the OP).
I'd run some really nice tires. Like Veloflex or Clement. Maybe change the stem to the new extralite stem that is 64g @ 100mm. Change out the handlebar to whatever is lightest that is in reason (I'm a big fan of Easton EC90 SLX3).
White bar tape.
Trim the excess steerer tube that is above the stem.
Call it a day and go for a nice ride in a country you have never been before.
