I'm about to build up a RB1K and was wondering if those Cipo 'Hammer' bars are actually going to be produced or not. Anyone know?

Also, before I pull the trigger on the RB1K, anyone know when they are likely to launch an update? I'd hate to place my order only to find that they launch a new 2016 model the next day.

weird design no?

I doubt these were ever a real Cipo project. Looks more like a bad designed trol 3d model.
Considering the RB1000 update you may ask them, even send 'em a message in their fb page. They have just launched NK1k so I doubt they can afford presenting a new model soon.

I joined the Cipo club last November and am late in providing pictures.
She's a bit on the chunker side with the current build. Looking to rebuild with Super Record soon. Having trouble sourcing an appropriate BB to accommodate campy crankset.
Without further adieu:

Nice! :thumbup:
Maybe the saddle looks too chunky.

kgt- what adapter did you use to run your campy cranks?
Thanks.

@emorydptt,

A good alternative would be to opt for a true 30mm spindle aka Campy Over Torque crankset with its proper bearing set.

@emorydptt Beautiful bike man love the yellow! would love to see what it would look like with white bar tape to match the saddle.

Never had a Cipollini but they have made the short list for the next purchase. Any feedback on quality, I've seen both good and bad reviews. Thank you
