My lightest bike @ 6160g. On some of the pictures it still has the heavy Deda RS02 which I used until I could get hold of the Superleggero post.

Bianchi 928 SL, Size 53 (53.5 top tube, 13.0 head tube)
Campagnolo Super Record Ti Groupset
Lightweight Ventoux Wheels
Zipp SL TB 40cm bars
Deda Superleggero 110mm
FSA Orbit Headset
Vittoria Corsa Evo CX 23 mm tubulars
Selle Italia SLR in Fizik Team Saddle cover
Deda Superleggero RS seatpost
Look Titanium Keo Blade
Barloworld Pro Team frame / replica frame
Custom saddle made from an SLR and an old Barloworld Team Arione

Not sure why there are no comments yet - looks great! Great weight - how close to "original" is it? I remember the team, but not the bikes...

Love how subtle and old school race it looks despite the mega components hanging off it!

The setup is completely different to the pro team setup. Barloworld rode it with Mavics, then with Fulcrum wheels, Shimano groupsets and FSA parts.

I once moved over the wheels from my De Rosa Idol and didn't like it. The only thing I liked about the pro setup was the Fizik saddle so I got a skin transplant from a Barloworld team saddle I bought off ebay

This definitely wasn't a bike of the year candidate, must have been a different owner / build.

Below the best detail of the saddle in real world light I have at the moment. Winter is coming and it gets dark in Germany now...

Fantastic!!! I love new highend components and wheel on older carbon frames! I'm doing the same thing with my Madone and Dura Ace 9000.

hmmm frameset is from 2009 (correct me if i am wrong)? is this old?
and is the frameset really older than the wheelset?

however, perfect, great-looking build!
