The frame looks good and the I quite like the cranks. Shame there is no French groupset to complete the frenchness.

I think there were 25 Flag Versions, RA Cycles in NY had a lot of them available when they were first released.

Cable guide made of old brake cable with magnets, connected
Together with shrink tubing and few drops of loctite
