Great bike! Some S-Works Cranks, and Handlebars would slice some weight off quickly.

No I meant the cranks, and handlebars. You already have the best Specialized stem it looks like.

I am quite fond of the Zipp SCSL stem. I use one on both my Venge, and Allez. It's light, and stiff. A stem is one place I don't like to go too light, because you definitely get more flex when you do.
Not a huge Spesh fan but that's a nice looking bike. Also like the colour of the new Quickstep Venge - maybe I'm being converted!
