Actually I don't need that many spacers. I could remove 1,5cm. I just did not want to cut the steerer from the start.
Both my Ritchey classic bars and Deda shallow have the same drop.

Updated with a Ritchey superlogic stem, Ritchey evocurve alu handlebar and 'sillver' bar tape to match the logos.
Last thing to do is cutting 1cm from the fork's steerer since this stem is gonna stay for ever.
