Hi All
Just bought a 2013 Cervélo R3 frameset in gray with Sram Force 11 speed.
I will build the bike during the wintertime in order for the bike to be ready for spring.
Could you please inspire me - I am looking for a good balance between weight, price, stiffness/comfort and almost most important - style
The parts that I am looking for at first is:
- Saddle, with carbon rails - 130mm.
- Seatpost, min. carbon shaft and 25mm. setback
- Stem, 6 or 10 degree, 110mm.
- Handlebar, 400mm. and preferably 77 and 123/128
- Cables, black
- Pedals, - currently I am thinking Shimano Ultegra as I already have SPD-SL on my winterbike
Thoughts and ideas are more than welcome

Stem: Kalloy Uno - they're around 110g with ti bolts I think. There's a thread on here about them. Really impressive weight considering they can be had for well under $30.
I assume light tyres and tubes have already been planned for? If not just thought I'd give it a mention here.
Finally, make sure you post pictures in the "introduce yourself" section when you're done

Hi all
Thanks for the replays. I have used the last couple of evenings searching the web for parts - I think I will start the "hunt" for the following:
- Chain: 11 speed KCNC
- Seat post: 3T Ionic-25 Team
- Stem: 3T Arx II Pro
- Handlebar: 3T Ergonova Pro
- Bottle cages: Elite Custom Race
- Pedals: Ultegra - 6800
- Cables: Jagwire
Regarding the bottom bracket and crankset.
Is it correct understood that a Cervélo R3 use a Pressfit 30 bottom bracket - and that a Sram Force crankset can have a "GPX" spindle - and that these to doesn’t "work together"? As to my understanding, I need an adapter. Does these come in different sizes - or is it "one size"?
