Hi, I'm Steve. I've only been riding road bikes for about 2 years.
This is my first carbon bike with what I think are a few nice additions I've bought. I guess I'm not a proper weight weenie as I haven't drilled any part of my bike's components yet. In fact I haven't even been in to the shop to have the bike weighed - my crude weighing technique was me, on the electric bathroom scales without the bike, then with the bike (I can almost feel the elitists shudder!) .
The bike comes out at 6.8KG but was showing 6.9KG until I took off one of my two admittedly fairly bulky Zipp bottle cages, so is somewhere between 6.8 - 6.9KG.

My 1st priority was originally to have a fast bike, hence the -17 degree stem and traditional drop Rotundos, but weigh weenie-ism is slowly taking over. The only thing stopping me pulling the trigger on Sram Red and some AX brakes is that I'm getting married next year!

Did I mention I'm also rubbish with computers? My images have come out miniscule, but I can assure you it's a 58cm!
