I love those XTR cranks. They are the most beautiful thing shimano have made for 20 years shame there new effort is not as good looking.

I haven't come across this brand before, it would be great to hear more about the frame and ride of the bike. How does it ride? Comfort? Stiffness? The frame certainly looks interesting with a huge BB area and cool detailing where the TT meets the seattube  Of course the most important question... what is the weight on the frame/ bike? :D

Weight of the bike and the frame is also question for me. I can give accurate information in about 1 week , when i will part this bike , and weight everythink . On the website i find information that the frame in M size weight 1230 gr , i will compare it :)

about comfort and stiffness i have not much to say , because i have ride on it about 600 km . I'll write something more in the next week, as soon as I get back from Rychlebské Stezky .

How did you come across the brand? Is it rebadged Chinese generic stuff or designed with the brand's own ideas?

EDIT: I just googled Rychlebské Stezky- looks like an awesome place, have fun!

I don't think that FRW is the chinese production. This is an Italian company founded by a former mountain rider Claudio Brusi .

Last year i decide to change me old 26er bike for a new 29er . I looking 1 month for a bike , one day i found it on internet , and just bought it . I change only stem and bar .

at this moment FRW weight 9,74 kg

Next year i want to change my current wheelset for ZTR Crest / Dt Aerolite / Soul-Kozak , and then i can save about 400 gram .
