Finally at a state where she is worthy of her own post. In my eyes not a weight weenie build in the pure sense, but I'm happy with the outcome for an "off the shelf" kinda build. As the build went on I realized it was becoming a "North American" ride (ignoring actual country of manufacture of course). Cannondale, Easton, SRAM, Zipp. Only the saddle, bars, pedals, and tires are European (plus some Token bits). There was no master plan, but as it came together it sort of worked out that way, and I think it flows nicely. The ride is beautiful - accelerates, climbs, and descends wonderfully. Very smooth, never bone-jarring, and stiff enough for my needs.
Build List:
Early Pic - circa 8kg
Today - 6.30 kg

Tip. Take a neutral background when taking bike picies.
I'm having a hard time focussing on the bike. Is the stairs or the bike I'm looking at?
PS.

No, they are 2013 202 - decals were super easy to remove with a hair dryer. Once they softened up with the heat they came straight off.
Beautiful bike. I like your build. Enjoy it and put some miles on it!

Thanks for the kind words! The build came together over a few iterations - I'm finally happy with it.

Looks great! Nicely co-ordinated and proportioned. And it's a great weight given it's a porky frameset ... 202s and Red chainset helps a lot
Things I'd change:
Same make of bar and stem
Remove the valve caps!
