I am looking at getting an S3...., but there isn't a retailer around here that has any in stock - which makes choosing(ordering) the right frame size a little nerve racking. Can you tell me what seat height you have and seat setback as pictured? I am wanting a (-)70mm setback for day to day riding - but would like to push it forward a couple of cm for my Tri setup.
I'm on the cusp of either the 54 or 56 according to the stack and reach online calculator

As it is on the picture, the saddle height is about 73,3cm and the saddle setback relative to BB is about 70mm. I have been switching it back and forth a little bit between 60-80mm, so I can't say for sure if it is at 70mm on the picture. However, you can use the S5 seat post with the S3, in case you would really want the two extremes available. When I had my S5, I always had my saddle in the front position. In the back position it was impossible to have less than 7-8cm of setback.
In any case, if you are between the 54 and 56, I would recommend the 54cm. At times I have thought that the bike might be a touch too big, but well, I have a long torso and relatively short legs. (83,5cm inseam, 178cm tall)
