via bike component hubs, 24/28, with ceramic bearings.

further i checked my 3t-team-bar, 40 cm, and weighed it.

Hello,
weight with the zipp 202 (with conti competition) is 6,04 kg.

new stem, deda superleggero, 115 gr. (nicest-looking stem i know!)

any ideas how to get rid of 50 gr.? :-) at low cost, of course.;-)
i still have ax-lightness-gavial-breaks, but i think, those are not really appropriate for curvy descents in the mountain area.

so, any ideas are welcome, thanks!
regards,

Slick bike!
EEbrakes would be a good choice I guess. You could save 104g (claimed approx. 169g for a set)
Great modulation and stopping power. Should provide good braking for mountain areas. Go search on the forums, Im pretty sure there are a lot of reviews on it :)
Segmented cables might just cut down the weight of ur cables.

Recon cassette and Extralite Ultrastar 2 should do the trick :)

Hi,
thanks a lot for your recommendations, contains a lot of new info for me!

@yosti: the focus has a very light acros headset without expander, so ultrastar can not be combined with it. but i know ultrastar2 , i am using it with another of my bikes, great expander! one of the best tuning-parts i know!
recon-cassette seems to be highly interesting-would save 40 or 50 gr. to my dura ace, and is not such expensive!

@N3xus989:
ee-brake looks great, but: 680.- euro??? regrettably few euro out of my price-range.

segmented cables seem to be really interesting!

thanks again for your input, appreciate it!

Oh yeah, nice build! How did you clean the yellow mavic stickers? Acetone?

Another seatpost?

Hi,
thank you!
mavic-stickers can be easily removed with fingernails, acetone only for the last remains of the stickers, which can be a little persistant.

you are right, seatpost is on "to-do"-list. but i wont change it, because its light, good-functioning, and has the right amount of setback for my needs.
i just want to remove the logos and the glossy paint.

Veeery nice bike. I would go back to black bar tape though. Am I mistaken or is the saddle nose pointing skywards?

Hi Fabian,
thanks a lot.

yellow bar tape is a try, still like it at the moment, wait and see. ;-)

yes, saddle nose is very slightly pointing upwards, common way of adjusting aspide-shaped saddles.

I went to all Recon. The 11spd does not shift quite as well as DA 9000, but close. The alloy one is 120g, they all steel one is 210 - near the same weight as DA-9000 and all steel.

thanks, zoro, my next cassette will be a recon (10-speed).

summary of potentially weight saving on my bike, without regarding expense, and avoiding those non-standard- light-weight-parts.

-recon 40 gr.
-seg. cables 30 gr.
-pf 30 rotor 3d+ instead bsa-version: 35 gr.->
-rotor 4630 bb instead 4624: 35 gr.
-pedals keo titanium-version instead steel: ca 50 gr.
-new p2max s-type pm 70 gr

that would be 260 gr., allowing a bike total weight of 5,78 kg. but simply as a scenario. to expensive for 260 gr. ;-)
