Got my hands on a 2006 Kona Kula Supreme frame that's never been built into a bike :mrgreen:

It's an 18" and weighs 1,350g on my scales

Almost finished now, just need to wire up gear cable & shorten the rear brake hose. First go on the scales show 9.3kg :D

Removed the gay gear display off the shifter & replaced with the SLX blank plate

neat! back when these were new i raced xc with someone who had one of these.

quite a bit of post you've got showing, how much is in the frame?

Still my favorite mountain bike. I have probably built 5-6 mountain bikes since I got this one, and yet this is the only one that I will not sell.
