Love the matching post and stem!
That’s a great build, although the Ritchey bar is a little incongruous with the rest of the build, perhaps you can source something Italian? A white Deda presa or 3T team bar would match the theme and keep it Italian

@bikewithnoname : yes, thanks for the critic of the component details.
at the time I'm in a hurry to build the bike, and then I found very cheap white alumunium ritchey bar..
to test the 'all white' color tone I put this heavy bar.
Of course I will change to another one lighter.
For the seat post & stem... It is made in my family member, she takes art & design degree.
I asked her to make it as similar as the frames paint character.
Hope Mr.Pegoretti don't mind for what I've done to match the frame.
regards.

wowsers... respect...
I agree on bars. Maybe just remove graphics and put a silver decal in the center so the '3T' reads in silver?

I just got my Respo and was wondering where you got your seatpost clamp. It's a proprietary size, right? 33.2mm?
What derailleur hanger are you using?

What what a lovely build. I'm especially fond of the blue touches as the bottle cage bolts and skewers. They go well with the rest, but I just love blue anywhere!
Love the gold cassette as well. But of course, the frame is definitely the standout piece.

Absolutely perfect!
That is flippin' lovely!
I'd go black bars and black QR's personally but the rest is just perfection. Maybe a less chunky seatclamp could be nice but that is being really picky. Even like the bar tape and white saddle when they wouldn't normally be things I'd go for. Maybe you need an integrated bar/stem custom painted like the frame for the ultimately knock out blow
