Come on Ben, you've had more than enough bikes to know the rules

Ti/carbon... It's an Ottrott.

Waiting for the Praxis BB converter before starting the build (using silver 6800 gruppo).

Awesome! What color is the paint, it looks grey in some of the pictures, and brown in others.

Saw an Ottrott once at a sportiv before albeit with nude Ti rather than painted like this. Nicest bike I've ever seen. It has class written all over it.

Not much progress yet (new job in a new country) but now ordered velo orange grand cru brakes and moderniste cages so the build can be completed. Didn't realise how heavy the praxis BB was(!) but then I'm not chasing grams with this - just mileage (and it's flat as hell around here anyway). I have some SKS fenders, just undecided as to whether to go for Velo Orange hammered style instead (too much for this?). Apologies for the crap picture, the paint is just lovely in the flesh...

Still work in progress - took forever to find a polished alloy BB30 chainset (waiting on some Stronglight 7075 chainrings). Hit a bit of a snag with the fenders: front fender (37mm) seems to wide for the front fork. Humph.

Sorry for the poor picture, the Macademia brown is lovely in person.

Build is:

Ultegra 6700 silver drivetrain
KMC X10SL chain
FSA Gossamer BB30 crankset with Stronglight 7075 chainrings
C-Bear ceramic PF30 BB
Velo Orange Grand Cru brakes
Ritchey Classic finishing kit
Fizik Antares Wingflex saddle
PMP hubs on Ambrosio Excellight rims with Conti 4 Season 28mm
Will swap the Cane Creek 110 headset out for a silver CK at some stage

Okay, so my pictures still suck but hopefully you get the idea a bit more now that it's basically done. Very surprised to see it weigh not much over 16lbs...

You got no chance of getting up Riber Road with gears like that.
